FSC issued a license to operate as an investment intermediary in Bulgaria and abroad to Pozitiva AD, Sofia. The license’s scope permits Pozitiva AD to execute transactions in securities only for the account of a third party.

FSC issued a license for operation as a management company to First Financial Brokerage House Asset Management AD

The Commission has approved amendments to the Instructions for Implementation of Ordinance N2 on Prospectuses for Public Offering of Securities and Information Disclosure. The amendments concern the rules for sale of companies, which are appointed by the Privatization Agency to be privatized through the method of “public offering of securities “.

The Deputy Chairman of FSC, head of Insurance Supervision Division  approved Branimir Milev as a member of the Board of Directors of  “Bulgarian Health Insurance Fund” AD, Sofia.

FSC issued a license for operation as a management company to OBB Asset Management EAD.

FSC adopted amendments to  Ordinance N 4 on the obligatory insurance. According to the amendments the insurance companies are forbidden to provide any goods, services or discounts which are not part of approved by the supervisory body general conditions, tariff and technical plan of the insurance.

FSC also adopted instructions for implementation of par. 129, art.1, item 3  and par. 201, art.1, item 1  from the Social Insurance Code.

The Commission approved the revised prospectus for initial public offering of shares of “Alfa Wood Bulgaria” , Dolni Chiflik. The issue has the following parameters:
Type of securities: ordinary, dematerialized, fully transferable shares
Size of the issue:  3 930 530 shares
Nominal value: BGN 1 per shares

The Commission has approved instructions for implementation of Ordinance N2 on prospectuses for public offering of securities and information disclosure

FSC issued a temporary prohibition on publishing of the following tender offer :
– Company, object of the offer: Druzhba Stil AD, Varna
– Offeror: Kontex Druzhba OOD, Sofia
– Authorized investment intermediary: Bulbrokers

The Commission issued a license to operate as an investment intermediary to “Capital Finance” OOD, Sofia.
