Dimana Rankova, Deputy Chairman of FSC, Head of Investment Supervision Division, obligated the management body of “Promota Bulgaria” AD to undertake actions in order to register its subsequent  share issue with the public register of the Commission. The size of the issue is 2 800 000 transferable, dematerialized shares, issued with compliance to the resolutions of the Board of directors of “Promota Bulgaria” AD as of 12.11.2003.

Dimana Rankova, Deputy Chairman of FSC, Head of Investment Supervision Division, obligated the management body of “Zavodski stroezhi – Kozloduy” AD to undertake actions in order to register its share issue for trading on the stock exchange.

Company Sofiaplast AD has been deleted from the public register of the Commission in compliance with  the decision of the Head of Investment Activity Supervision Division – Dimana Rankova.

Nuredin Kafelov, Member of the FSC, Head of Insurance Supervision Division, gave a permission to AIG Life Bulgaria to invest insurance reserves of the insurances denominated in EURO in government securities abroad. The insurance company can invest up to 100 % in government bonds, issued by European governments having  S&P rating “A” or higher, and up to 20% in corporate securities (bonds) with rating “A+” or higher.
In order to guarantee the rights and interest of the insured persons AIG Life Bulgaria must submit with the FSC monthly reports providing information on the premium income, on the amount of the insurance reserves of the insurances denominated in EURO, as well data  about the investment portfolio, formed as a result of the investments made abroad.

The data on the achieved returns of the pension funds has been checked and summarized by the Social Insurance Division of the FSC. It has been verified that the presented returns data reflects the distributed returns in the individual accounts.

The Deputy Chairman of FSC, Head of Investment Supervision Division,  gave a permission IPK Rodina AD to be deleted from the register of public companies and other issuers.

The Deputy Chairman of FSC, head of Social Insurance Supervision Division,   approved Requirements for the Content of the Advertising and Written Information Materials of the Pension Funds and Pension Insurance Companies.
These requirements are related to the materials issued and distributed by the company itself, and designed to provide guidance and assistance  to present and future insured persons in their choice of a pension insurance company. The same requirements are applicable in regard to the materials that are provided by the pension insurance company in case of concluding an agreement for supplementary pension insurance, or in case of submitting an application for transfer from one fund to another. The requirements concern also the content of the internet sites of the pension insurance companies, as well the advertising and other information materials of the companies.

FSC approved  the  following tender:

FSC issued a license to operate as an investment intermediary in Bulgaria to Bench Mark Finance AD, Sofia. The license’s scope permits Bench Mark Finance AD to execute transactions in securities only for the account of a third party.
