The Commission launches new educational program for students “Nonbanking financial sector in Bulgaria” (April 5 – 9) with the cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science.   Twelve students from all over the country will attend the program.

Company Comars AD, Plovdiv,  has been deleted from the public register of the Commission in compliance with  the decision of the Head of Investment Activity Supervision Division – Dimana Rankova.

The Commission adopted instructions for implementation of   Ordinance N3 for the methods for change of participation and transfer of the accumulated sums of an insured person from one supplementary pension insurance fund to a relevant fund managed by other pension insurance company.

FSC issued a license for operation as an investment intermediary in Bulgaria and abroad to STS Finance AD, Gabrovo. The license’s scope permits STS Finance AD to execute transactions in securities only for the account of a third party.

FSC issued a license for operation as an open end investment company to Capman Capital AD

FSC registered with its register of public companies and other issuers the following issue of securities:
Issuer: Special Investment Purposes Company “Capital Direct – 1“
Type of securities: ordinary, dematerialized, fully transferable shares
Size of the issue: 1500 shares
Nominal value: BGN 100 each

The initial public offering of the described issue has been successfully completed. The issue will be traded on the stock exchange.

Dimana Rankova, Deputy Chairman of FSC, Head of Investment Supervision Division, obligated the management body of “Promota Bulgaria” AD to undertake actions in order to register its subsequent  share issue with the public register of the Commission. The size of the issue is 2 800 000 transferable, dematerialized shares, issued with compliance to the resolutions of the Board of directors of “Promota Bulgaria” AD as of 12.11.2003.

Dimana Rankova, Deputy Chairman of FSC, Head of Investment Supervision Division, obligated the management body of “Zavodski stroezhi – Kozloduy” AD to undertake actions in order to register its share issue for trading on the stock exchange.

Company Sofiaplast AD has been deleted from the public register of the Commission in compliance with  the decision of the Head of Investment Activity Supervision Division – Dimana Rankova.
