The Deputy Chairman of FSC, Head of Insurance Supervision Division  approved Plamen Hinkov as an executive director  of  the insurance company “Orel Life”, Sofia and Iskra Metodieva  as an actuary of the same company.

In compliance with the request of the Agency of Privatization the Commission discontinued the procedure for transformation to a  public company of two companies – Boyana Film EAD and  Eliseina EAD.

The Commission issued a license for supplementary health insurance to company Dobrovolna Osiguritelna Mrezha Zdrave (Voluntary Insurance Set Health). The new company offers two main services – Integrated medical assistance and Refund of exoenses
