The Commission approved an Ordinance on keeping and maintaining the FSC’s  registers

The Commission approved an Ordinance on the form and the content of the annual financial report of the insurance and health insurance companies.

The Commission adopted an Ordinance on the methods and procedures for licensing actuaries of pension insurance companies and managed by them  supplementary pension insurance funds.

FSC issued a license for operation as a management company to First Financial Brokerage House Asset Management AD

FSC issued a license for operation as a management company to OBB Asset Management EAD.

With a decision of the Deputy Chairman of FSC, Head of Insurance Supervision Division, new members of the Guarantee Fund have been approved.  Mr. Borislav Mihailov is appointed a Chairman of the management board of the fund. Members of the board are  Mr. Dancho Jikov, Mrs. Diana Maneva, Mr.  Nikolay Sotirov and Mr. Todor Genchev.

FSC issued a license for operation as an investment intermediary in Bulgaria and abroad to STS Finance AD, Gabrovo. The license’s scope permits STS Finance AD to execute transactions in securities only for the account of a third party.

FSC issued a license to operate as an investment intermediary in Bulgaria to Bench Mark Finance AD, Sofia. The license’s scope permits Bench Mark Finance AD to execute transactions in securities only for the account of a third party.

FSC issued a license to operate as an investment intermediary in Bulgaria and abroad to Pozitiva AD, Sofia. The license’s scope permits Pozitiva AD to execute transactions in securities only for the account of a third party.

The Commission issued a license to operate as an investment intermediary to “Capital Finance” OOD, Sofia.
