Methods of submitting information pursuant to Regulation 596/2014 on market abuse

Insider lists, in accordance with Art. 18 § 1 (c) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, are submitted at e-mail: delovodstvo@fsc.bg, with the following requirements:

– The letter must be signed with an electronic signature by the legal representatives of the issuer (non-encrypted);

– The “Subject” field must contain the full name of the correspondent;

– The body of the e-mail must contain only the reference number of the letter requesting an insider list, followed by “insider list”;

– The attached files must not be encrypted;

– The lists submitted should be in the format determined in accordance with the Annexes to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/347 of 10 March 2016 and should be signed with an electronic signature by the submitter.

Suspicious Transactions or Orders Reports (STOR), in accordance with Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, are submitted at e-mail: delovodstvo@fsc.bg, with the following requirements:

– The letter must be signed with an electronic signature by the reporter (non-encrypted);

– The “Subject” field must contain the full name of the correspondent;

– The body of the e-mail must contain only “Suspicious Transactions and Orders Report”;

– The attached files must not be encrypted;

– The STORs submitted should be in the format determined in accordance with the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/957 of 9 March 2016 and should be signed with an electronic signature by the submitter.

Notification of delaying disclosure pf inside information and written explanation in accordance with Art. 17, §4 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, are submitted at e-mail: delovodstvo@fsc.bg, with the following requirements:

– The letter must be signed with an electronic signature by the legal representatives of the issuer (non-encrypted);

– The “Subject” field must contain the full name of the correspondent;

– The body of the e-mail must contain only “Notification of delaying disclosure pf inside information and written explanation in accordance with Art. 17, §4 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse”

– The attached files must not be encrypted;

– The submitted notifications must be signed with an electronic signature by the submitter.

In accordance with the provision of Art. 19, § 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, in addition to the issuer, shall notify the Deputy Chair of the Finance Committee Supervision in charge of the Investment Activity Supervision Department. Notifications are submitted at e-mail: delovodstvo@fsc.bg, with the following requirements:

– The letter must be signed with an electronic signature;

– The “Subject” field must contain the full name of the correspondent;

– The body of the e-mail must contain “Notification under Art. 19 of Regulation 596/2014”;

– The attached files must not be encrypted;

– The lists submitted should be in the format indicated in the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 of 10 March 2016 in xls format and should be signed with an electronic signature.
